We are an ever expanding group of business brokers, agents and advisors that represent clients in multiple states. Some states require us to have licenses and others do not. We are all independent and all licensed differently. We advertise jointly here and elsewhere as each state law allows. In our profiles you will find our license information if applicable. 

Isaac Sandoval


Isaac Sandoval is our founder and leads our team. Isaac works with clients as an M&A advisor and has over 20 years of combined experience in M&A, business brokering, law and finance. He has taught courses in Law, Business, Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship in our local Community College District and at a Private Law School in Pasadena. He has also been retained as a expert witness in multiple litigation cases and has served as a guest speaker in countless settings.

Weichi Woocheng


Weichi is a business broker and licensed California agent. He was the first associate to join the team and he is the primary listing agent for California businesses. He has listed businesses in all industries. Some of the business that he has represented include restaurants, retail, manufacturing, engineering, e-commerce, cannabis, professional services, automotive, home improvement, food and beverages and so much more. While he primarily is a listing agent, he sometimes will represent business buyers. Weichi is well known in the business brokering community. He also has a passion for all things creative and is a renown architectural photographer. He has photographed all types of structures including some celebrity homes.

Weichi received his Bachelor's in Science from the Art Institute of San Diego.

Jairo Ojeda

Jairo Ojeda is an associate of our firm, national business broker and a licensed California real estate agent. Jairo has a long history in the food and beverage industry. Jairo works with both buyers and sellers across all industries and in multiple states. Jairo speaks English and Spanish and is looking forward to our expansion into Spanish Speaking Countries.  

Jairo received his training at the Kaplan Real Estate School.

Chris Flores

 

Chris is a an associate in our firm, an International business broker and a California licensed real estate agent. Chris is bilingual in English and Spanish and represents both business buyers and sellers. In his free time he does all kinds of cool stuff. Chris is a trained EMT and previously volunteered his time at the El Camino Fire Academy.
